PoweRGuard XE
The PowRGuard draft gear from A. Stucki are designed to be a high quality, durable solution for railcar owners and operators.
The new Group J, Rule 21 model, the PowRGuard XE, is an all-metal gear with excellent wear characteristics, fully-approved by the AAR under M-901E.

Quantum 992
New from A.Stucki is the Quantum 992. Developed specifically for extreme heavy duty applications, the Quantum 992 utilises a combination of springs, clutches and a high energy damping unit to provide unmatched performance in heavy haul applications.
With a rated capacity of 71,948 ft-lb and a reaction force of 919,421 lb, the Quantum 992 has the highest rating capacity and reaction force of any Group J Draft gear.
DynamIQ 742
Also available from A.Stucki is the DynamIQ 742, an elastomer gear with a steel clutch.
It is significantly lighter than an all-metal friction gear making handling operations easier and safer but still maintains one of the highest impact rating velocities of any gear on the market.

Reconditioned Draft Gear
Sigra also provide a re-conditioning service for most Group J draft gear packs.
All draft gear packs are re-furbished to AAR M901B Standards and offer significant cost savings. Sigra also provide a case reclamation program for further cost savings.

Draft Gear Lifting Tong
